It is a piece of furniture that will be ordered specifically for each customer and/or that the customer can customize to their liking and, therefore, it is made according to the customization chosen by the consumer. In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the case of this product since it is a personalised product, and this article establishes that the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to personalised products that have been expressly ordered from the factory to be delivered to the customer.
